How it works
For Individuals: Flat monthly rate (3- or 6-month commitment, then month-to-month). Includes 2 sessions and unlimited 15-minute calls/texts/emails for additional needs.
Mix of modalities: Co-Active coaching, theory-backed frameworks, and advisory/mentorship when speed matters. You choose the balance.
Optional Leadership 360 add on
Volume option: Startups can buy out blocks of time to utilize across a full team. Rotate in/out which population you want to provide coaching for and optimize utilization.
