Unlike many coaches, I'm a former operator so I can shift how we work together and balance pure coaching with advising. If you want, I’ll bring in a mix of strategic and tactical guidance from my operating experience alongside a traditional coaching practice. Some companies may even choose to blend advisory services with coaching work, and I'm happy to explore both modalities with you when it makes sense.

How it works
For Individuals: Flat monthly rate (6-month or 12-month commitment, then month-to-month). Each month you get two 45 or 60 minute sessions and unlimited 15-minute calls/texts/emails for additional needs.
Mix of modalities: Co-Active coaching, theory-backed frameworks, and advisory/mentorship when speed matters. You choose the balance.
Optional Leadership 360 add on
Volume option: Startups can buy out blocks of time to utilize across a full team. Rotate in/out which population you want to provide coaching for and optimize utilization. This works well for very early teams or when you want to provide some coaching to managers and directors without the 1:1 price tag.
